Let’s face it, repairs are an unwanted and unwelcome reality; but what can you do about them when they happen?
Preventative maintenance can seem annoying at times, but it plays the biggest roll in equipment longevity. The rewards for properly checking equipment on a regular basis are astronomical. Think of these like an oil change in a car. They are low cost repairs that can aid longevity. It can mean the difference between a successful surgery and a malpractice lawsuit. If you do not have a regular PM for your equipment call today or fill out our Request for Service form. We will be able to arrange preventative maintenance for you. Routine repairs are repairs that must be completed on a regular basis and are usually defined be the manufacture within the user manual or instructions for use (IFU). These repairs are more involved than a PM cycle, but they are just as important. This type of repair would be more like changing a timing belt in a car. The repair is more involved and can be more expensive but not as costly as a catastrophic repair or equipment replacement. We offer service contracts to keep your equipment running well. Call today or fill out our Request for Service form to receive more information. One of our customer service representatives will contact you with more information.
Lastly, catastrophic repairs. Mid surgery solutions come down to loaners and back-up equipment. If you do not have backup equipment, eventually you will find yourself in an emergency situation. Make an effort to always have a backup ready. If you don’t have a backup, call us today or email sales@didage.com to ensure you have the equipment you need while your item is being repaired.
Loaners are available for most items. If you need a loaner while your unit is being repaired, check the “loaner” box on the Request for Service form.
Surgical Power is the repair division of Didage and we repair equipment to make sure you have the power to perform surgery because your equipment is working properly.
