Recently, Stryker has announced the complete discontinuation of The LIFEPAK 12 monitor/defibrillator, LIFEPAK 20 defibrillator/monitor and the LIFEPAK 500 defibrillator. The manufacturing of these products ended several years ago, although the accessories and disposables have still been available.
These products are also known under the Medtronic Physio Control LIFEPAK 12 and LIFEPAK 20 defibrillator name.
Accessories and disposables specific to these devices will no longer be available for purchase after February 3, 2020. For a complete list of compliant defibs and AEDs visit the FDA Pre-Market Approval web page
