What is the warranty on my purchase?
We offer a one-year warranty on most of our products. Extended warranties are available to purchase.
Do you have manuals?
We are able to provide you with manuals by requesting one with your order. Please ask your sales executive upon placing your order or contacting our customer service team, click here.
Do you have loaners?
Yes, we offer loaner equipment to our customers if we have them available at the moment. We are also able to provide our customers with loaner equipment while their medical equipment is being repaired in most cases. If you have an item that needs to be repaired please fill out this form and select that you need a loaner.

How can I receive an invoice?
Invoices can be received via contacting our accounting department.

What are my payment options?
We can accept check, credit card, PayPal, ACH and EFT. There is a 3% added for Visa, Mastercard and Discover for charges over $1,000. There is a 4% added fee for any AMEX transaction.
Do you have financing options?
Yes, we do have financing options. Email your sales representative to learn about the financing options.
Why is my order taking so long?
We do apologize for the delays. There could be a few different reasons that should be explained. First, we ensure that every piece of equipment is gone through extensively and repaired back to manufacturers specifications. Quality takes time. Another slow down could be that our purchasing team might be in the negotiating phase of sourcing what your equipment. Lastly, supply chain issues after the pandemic are real and we're doing our best bring in your much needed equipment.
